Hai Long Offshore Wind Farm

The 1,044 MW Hai Long offshore wind farm, located 50 kilometres off the coast of Changhua county, will be developed in three stages, with construction expected to begin in 2023.

A consortium consisting of Semco Maritime and PTSC M&C appointed GDG to conduct the detailed engineering for geotechnical and seismic design for both offshore substations of the Hai Long offshore wind project in Taiwan.
