Foreshore Licence for Site Investigations

The Scope of Work

GDG provided application documentation for a licence under the Foreshore Act 1933, as amended to undertake site investigations for an offshore wind farm in the Irish Sea.

The work included all documentation to Stage 2 AA (Natura Impact Statement), statutory stakeholder engagement, liaising with the consenting authority, management of the public consultation process and advice in relation to discharge of conditions. The licence was granted in 2021 with works expected to be undertaken throughout 2022.
